The new manager, Anna, is amazing! She really knows her job and some of her staff are truly inspiring in their care giving. My mum has been a resident since June 2021 but I've seen such an improvement since Anna joined. Thank you.
Better
Great new facility and Elaine and Sav on reception make everyone feel so welcome. Our relative was well cared for and very content. Thanks to all the staff there.
