Earlier I used to say it’s the best Chinese restaurant, last view visit unfortunately the service is slow, food tastes normal, amount less and prices are high

Last time I ate here it was the 90s. Probably 1997. I’m now visiting Khobar after all these years and decided to eat here again! The food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient. It’s a gem of a place for the mall. I hope they remain even when all the mall renovations are over.

First visit to a Chinese restaurant in Khobar and it was an intriguing experience, showcasing good execution of dishes that left a lasting impression. The flavours were rich and authentic, reflecting good culinary expertise. (It is important to mention that the standard of authenticity is compared against local standards and not that of the original cuisine.) The portion sizes seemed relatively smaller compared to other cuisines at a similar price point, which may not satisfy those with hearty appetites. The restaurant’s atmosphere with its romantically dark ambiance, adds a unique touch to the dining experience. This can be a hit or miss for patrons, as some may find it intimate and charming while others may prefer a brighter setting.

Foods were delicious but not that amazing at the price.
price is quite high for quality.

Peking duck was not delicious .
Other beef. Shrimp, chicken, fish were delicious.

This was an unexpected Chinese food trip and for years I have not revisited this place. I have forgotten why I didn't try it again but of course things change in time😆 and I'm happy one of my friends chose this..

They served the food on our table by gonging the metal plate cover while doing a certain beat that gave us an appetising feeling before we devour the smoking hot dishes..

Food wise, they got an amazing flavor that was satisfying to our taste buds and is surely an option if we crave for Chinese cuisine again.

The servers were attentive and courteous. Oh I forgot to mention that that they have this crackling as a complimentary appetiser with sweet sour sauce and chilli oil... they also gave us free mini cakes for dessert.

For some comment that needs improvement, the place was too dark and the cutleries are not grip friendly.. it easily slips since the handle is like a chopstick and would have been better of it was flat.

Overall this this restaurant deserves a try and who knows could be your fave Chinese restaurant too.

Where to start: the service is barely there, but the food is gross! We ordered quite a variety of dishes, but none of it was tasted good. All you could taste was grease as soy sauce! We ordered a variety of spring rolls, soups, a Peking dish, chicken bbq, another chicken dish, egg rice and noodles (a lot of food!) and it was such a disappointment to say the least! (Not to mention how pricey they are). Also please fix the temperature inside, feels like one is sitting inside a freezer and the food became cold within minutes!

The best Chinese restaurant in Al Khobar. Nice decoration, big aquariums with lot of fish. Friendly staff. Just little dark inside. Expensive but worth it. 👍🏼👍🏼 will recommend to others.
