This is a beautiful development. My advice is to check it out and form your own opinion. I get very suspicious of the one and two star reviews. There were a lot of sea cliff residents who fought against having this development built because they are against any kind of development period. My belief is it can only bring good things to the Glen Cove area. If you saw what this area looked like before this development I don’t understand how you could be against it.

Very Expensive and High Monthly Fees and Taxes for a project a long way from being finished. By the way they call a 12x10 room..your Master Bedroom. I have No Idea who would buy these condos..
