High Mountain

Very rocky trail. The waterfall dried out

Pretty good hike. Made it to the top with a one mile hike. Great views of New York when clear.

Only the entrance is full of stones, and the rest is good. There are too many roads and you need to check the map in advance. Parking is street parking.

It's a lovely view, and very natural. My only minor nit is that the trails, such as they are, are not well marked (where I was, anyway): I encountered a half-dozen groups of other hikers who were all lost at some point or another.
