This place is trash. Garbage e-vape pens that are overpriced and expired. My juice tasted rancid and they charged me $35 for 3500 puff while my friend was charged $30 for 7000 puff of the same brand too. I’d go somewhere else if I were you. Good vibes only.
This place closes at 11pm people.. I told the guy to update it. Decent smoke shop they got everything you need. LQ, Vape, Cigars, shisha, etc..
Bought two bottles of liquor for $103. Later, I found that CVS and Walgreens sell the same for less than $50. Rookie mistake on my part. But, I learned my lesson and they got my money.
Great selection of products, wonderful service. I was super happy to find American Spirits and other fun smokes after a long search. Highly recommend.
This people sold me vape juice that expired 3 years ago.
I arrived in San Juan and first night there broke my tank for my mod. I was in a slight panic but searched for a smoke shop and these guys were in walking distance of my hotel. Went in and they had a pretty good selection of vapor accessories and juice.
They sell their products for about 15% to 30% more than the retail price is ridiculous. They don't have replacement parts for any of the vaporizers they sell. The employee's do not understand simple smoke paraphernalia words even in their own language. The only thing they got going for them is that they have a huge inventory. I lost about 80 dollar investment all because they don't have a return policy, and they fail to keep replacement parts even if they are the only ones selling the brand here.
My personal experience with this smoke shop was NOT a positive one. I came here to purchase a charger for my Pax. They charged me $55 for the charger when the retail price on the Pax website is $35.99. I get it that I'm not in the states and that they need to make a profit but $20 more?
On top of this for whatever reason my Pax wouldn't work with the charger that they sold me. I contacted them via phone while while I was on the island and informed them on what occurred. I told the rep that I was looking for a refund for this reason. Not once on the phone did she mentioned that they have a no return policy (which is on the receipt but only in Spanish is it communicated)
When I arrived they informed about their no return policy. I proceeded to argue my case but they didn't care. In the end I was left with a charger that wouldn't work and no store credit. Rest assure that I won't be coming here on my next visit.
