Get Air Trampoline Park

I attended a birthday party and the host Gio was amazing! He helped with everything we needed and made sure the kids had a blast. All of the staff was very amazing as well with anything we needed. I recommend to have any child’s birthday here!

What an amazing day we had today! Today we celebrated my baby’s 10th birthday and our party host “Gio” went above and beyond to make our party memorable and a breeze! He checked on us constantly and for that I’m thankful! The place wasn’t too pack so our party of 30 kids had an amazing time! The room we stayed in was great because we got to keep our eyes on our kids from second floor. I highly recommend the big party package! Definitely will be coming back! Thanks again Gio for all your help! Places of employment definitely needs more workers like Gio!

I brought about 24 kids from our Summer Rec. Program and they had a blast! I have to say that it was all because a young man on staff there named Geo. This young man was amazing 👏 and I think the only employee there handling everything. He hands down had the best customer service I have seen. I would love to have more employees like him. The check in process was easy but this place needs a major makeover. I wouldn’t order food from here just based off the upkeep of it. The arcade games are very limited to about 5 and they are old. The staff was nice & that’s the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars ,there wasn’t many of them in the trampoline area. They are building one in Perris and I hope that one is better because it will be brand new. There is also a hidden dark area that seems to be unsafe and not monitored and for that you need to keep an eye out for your children. I hate to leave a not so good review but the price you pay is not worth the experience that’s for sure. The kids had a good time so that’s a plus I guess

This place used to be better. It's gotten so run down. It is filthy. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and reek of urine. The ceiling is literally falling apart. I was so concerned that pieces were going to fall down on the kids. There was a pillar next to the benches that had some kind of sticky substance, and it had bugs stuck to it! It needs some major help. They don't even keep track of the time you pay for, so don't overpay!!

The kids had fun, but just be careful. The ceiling is falling apart in multiple places. They should discount the entrance fee till they fix all of these issues or they should close down till the make it safer for kids. We were charged $27.99 for each kid for 3 hours…$54 not well spent. We didn’t notice till we were already in, paid, n our kids were jumping. Just wish this place was a bit more safer. Luckily the ceiling didn’t fall on any kids while we were there. The staff was nice.

Been to places like this before and Get Air wasn't a let down. Plenty of space and sections to explore. Paid about $33 per kid for 2 hours and got my $'s worth. Wore the kids out, they had plenty of space and time to get all their energy out. Felt like the place was safe for the jumping. Highly recommended and will be visiting again!
