i'm not mad...just disappointed
Great building and management company is super responsive. Definitely one of the best NYC walk up building's I have experienced so far.
Amazing rooftop
Avoid if you can. Absolutely disgusting.
1) Garbage is everywhere and in the hallways everyday. I literally cannot open the door sometimes because the garbage is blocking it. Not only is it disgusting and smells bad, but it's a safety hazard. Management ignores emails and hasn't addressed issue yet.
2) Pests have been a problem in our unit.
3) Janitor is incredibly rude and does not care or do his job (clearly).
4) Worst property management I've experienced so far.

Current tenants STILL haven't apologized for their participation in the Wounded Knee Massacre on December 29th, 1890
