Farmington Hills Golf Club

The course is great and the price is not bad at all. The problem are the staff who check you in are very rude and "posh" about things. Even being a more experienced player, this is not the place to go as you will get an attitude and treated as if you know nothing or are not good enough to be there

Played here mid October on a mid 50 degree weekday. Very fair price for a nice course in overall good shape. Bunkers could use a little work, but I’m sure they’re much better during the summer. Greens rolled fast, even though they were recently punched.

The staff is great. They take care of their customers even when dealing with problems. You don’t see that type of service nowadays.

While the golf course itself was nice, if you’re a beginner (or even an average player) I really recommend staying far away from here. The tee times are so closely packed that when my husband and I took 8 tries on a par 3, on our first hole, we were already reported by the people behind us for taking too long. We were then annoyed by them 2 more times, even when we skipped a hole (because we felt bad). We took 1.5hrs to do 9 holes. There should be no reason we had to get harassed 3 times that we were going too slow.

They also made comments about how my husband wasn’t being a good enough guy to help me more??? My husband and I had similar scores, yet I was the only one ever being talked to as if I was the hold up and the bad one.

I play a lot of sports. There’s a reason why women get pushed out of sports. This place is filled with old white men, and no other diversity. I’d rather go someplace more welcoming. If you read the other reviews, you’ll see similar comments.

Great layout. Nicely maintained golf course. Haven't played here a lot, but it's definitely worth another visit.

Farmington Hills Golf Course is a gem! As a non-meat eater, I was thrilled to find their delicious veggie wrap on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The greens were challenging, adding an extra layer of fun to the game. The course itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views throughout. Highly recommended for both the food and the golfing experience!

Our nonprofit held a fundraiser golf outing at the FHGC in September 2022. Everyone had a great time! We heard nothing but praises about how nice the course is and how the staff were very accommodating, professional and kind. We couldn't have asked for better weather. Jamie and his staff saw to our every need in a timely manner.

The Pines Restaurant gave excellent service and the food was outstanding! Kathy and her team knows how to treat everyone like family.

Our guests, staff and volunteers were so pleased with their experience. One golfer stated, "This was the best Scramble I've ever attended."
