Foreshore Park and Jetty

On a weekend , due to all the nearby houses and lack of parking , be prepared to park multiple streets away and walk a bit.
If there was a small playground and some parking available it wouldn't be too bad.
There's no playground , but lots of big grassy areas so BYO activities and games for the kids.
All we could hear walking from the street were Tinny Rats racing up and down the river in their boats which is a shame as there's quite a few people trying to fish.

Only 2 tables , one undercover, one not.
BBQ looks clean , and nearby toilet.

The chairs near the water are so dirty we want to find a seat but can see people scale fishes there otherwise is a beautiful little park

Great little riverfront park with a lovely view of sunsets across the water!

Nice park with wide open spaces, drawbacks are one pavilion with one table undercover, BBQ's out to n the middle of bum $@*k nowhere in full sun, one toilet which is fine, however right at the other side of the park as you come in.

Jetty pavilion is nice, on the water and has a low set pontoon for kayak entry - which is good!

However the water is infested with tinny rats and jet skiers that use the small tributary as a burn through fun park. So really don't even bother fishing there.

Not sure why council didn't bother with making this area a bit more family friendly and put in more covered eating areas?

Also keep an eye out for snakes...

Great place for the little kids and larger grass area for playing ball sports, has toilets and disabled. Just needs some more shade areas. 🙂

Nice big open areas (sun and shade) Clean and well kept. Be cool if there was a bit more of a boardwalk along the water but still very quite and relaxing.

Nice place for a fish. Covered jetty,drinking water dispenser and toilets. Also fishing access along the bank. Only has on street parking and it's a bit of a walk from the road
