Bigger than I thought the estate was smaller, but to my surprise there are a lot more houses already built.

Houses are too close together, too many car parked on the road and hoons run through all the time. Dumped rubbish everywhere and supermarket trolleys. Real mess

nice property's however very slow in completion now 14 months and still waiting???
