This review is an honest experience that we had with Ron.
I confirmed with him twice before the event, two weeks and the day before. Confirmed time and location. Mr Conley was not only late, he went to the wrong house and attempted to blame me, his GPS and the address itself. This was a rather large party with several other types of entertainment on a set schedule. Him being so late threw everything off. When he did finally arrive he was rude and argumentative with the family that was asked to assist him with parking, equipment set-up and timing. He did a solid job for the kids but did not impress overall and I was quite bothered he didn't reduce his $250 rate. Easily should have been reduced to $175. I would not rehire.
