Iris Park

A very clean and neat park.

This park is definitely a little dated, but all of the equipment mostly works and is safe for little kids. I would say this is a better spot for 6 and under kids. My very mobile 1 year old could do most of the stuff and my 3 year old crushed it without me worrying she was gonna fall several stories off of a slide (playground slides aren’t very tall like other places). The downsides are that the play areas are not shaded and can get hot, as well as there are some spots in the slides where stagnant water can build up. On the upside, it’s rarely crowded and it’s pretty quite (not on a busy street).

Out dated but quite little park.

First Call, a public adjuster located on E. Iris, is a fabulous and needed service. They did everything they promised and even got our homeowners insurance company to pay us additional funds. The staff is knowledgeable and born to serve. And, the fee they charge is very reasonable.

Favorite little park for me and my son for 8 years running . Good area

Rundown, very old park in need if serious tlc.

Very old residential playground. Too bad it's not residential anymore but still a great place to bring your kids to play if you are doing business in the area. My only complaint is that there are NO security cameras in or around the park except for one of the cameras that many recording studios, audio stores and other businesses have on their buildings. The city should step up some $$$ for the safety of the children and their parents that frequent the parks in Berry Hill.
