there is clearly not enough staff. the service is very slow, because of this, the tables are all occupied for a long time.
Waitress didn't speak English at all and even though I asked her kindly if someone else speaks English she was constantly answering in German 😬. Because of that she completely misunderstood what we have ordered and it was complete fail.

They didn't wanted to charge my phone I guess they are saving electricity because 15min charge would kill their budget.

A lovely place! Beautiful decor, kind service. Mozart cake was delicious!

It was ok, but the princes were, in my opinion, high. 8 euro for 1 Bagel is a bit much,if you ask me.
