Fantastic quality produce from grass feed cattle all reared here on the farm in a traditional manner. Jenny and her family are incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I was so pleasantly suprised visiting this shop. I drove down a lane which was defintley not big enough for another car on top of mine. Turned to see an idyllic farmhouse. The chickens were laying eggs in the front porch and i was greeted by an extremely nice lady who was passionate about the products she was selling.

I have since made the most beautiful stew with her beef. 10/10 this is the sort of business that needs to be supported. It reminds me of how life should be.

Idyllic place. We camped for one night and did a bit of exploring out to Nayland. The owners were very friendly, the site provided a tranquil break within 15 mins of Colchester. Can't recommend enough.

Don't want to be negative because the owners are very nice people.
You can't drive to your pitch.
A very long walk with equipment on a very uneven path and steep hill.
The pitch area is far from perfect very uneven with danger of twisting you ankle.
Access to the water is poor also you have to climb over a wire fence to find no Portage just a bank .
Plus side fresh water to a outside sink and toilets .

Really really really Great place. Nice setting in the Stour valley and a true English summertime experience. The Farm shop on site is stocked with lovely homegrown provinder. We camped there for 1 night and set of in a Canadian canoe. A very rural vintage camping experience.

This farm shop is small, run by the farmer's wife who makes the wide range of jams, vinegars, pickles as well as selling meat and eggs from their own farm. Very friendly, helpful and chatty owner .....I really enjoy going to this shop.

This little farm shop simply is the best possible source of meat, whether you care about animals welfare, the environment, supporting local farmers, or simply want the highest quality beef for a very reasonable price.

I have been buying beef for over six years nowhere else but from two of the nicest people ever. The Lower Dairy Farm shop outside the farmers' home sells lean and delicious beef sourced from their very own herd. I buy there all cuts of beef, sausages, burgers, and ground beef of the highest quality for prices lower than Tesco's. Unlike Tesco's, at the farm you can also meet the happy bovines, who can be seen grazing on green grown at the same farm.
