Ascendant Neighborhood Development

I have been living here since 1994 never been the worst I’ve been asking for lease and I am still waiting for it Super we have no good the building looks disgusting especially at this time with this Pandemic always paying my rent on time but when I need something it’s never done don’t get me wrong I love my apartment but if I don’t take care of it you guys don’t where is my lease

Never stayed here, but staff is friendly and people I talk to say it is clean and a nice safe place.
