My wife and I purchased a mattress from Studio B. Chris was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. To no fault of Studio B's, we needed to adjust our order and they made good on their promise to accommodate us. If you are looking to level up with a Hastens mattress, go see Chris at Studio B - you won't be disappointed!
The customer service here is rather arrogant and lazy. They seem to be reluctant to pick up the phone and talk to you, which is kind of a disgrace at the prices they charge. If you’re buying a hastens here - don’t let them pressure you into ordering a split base. It’s less comfortable and looks bad. Measure your elevator first (needs to only be 82” in diagonal). I asked for a replacement the day that it arrived and they stalled and tried to talk me out of it until my cat scratched the fabric and I couldn’t return it. At that point, they offered me 30% off on a new bed frame. But $5k just to switch from split to full is not worth it, even if I do have this bed for the 25 year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Worth it. I’d rather give up my car than give up this mattress.

Simply outstanding product.... However Nicolas will convince you other wise of its simplicity. All beds are phenomenal but be ready to take out a mortgage! I do believe if you sleep more than my 5 hours a nite., then it's really worth having the best rest in the world!
Amazing store, outstanding staff, we went in to buy a hastens bed and Nicholas was an amazing help, we can't wait to get our new bed!
Great place for furniture, but the furniture is ridiculously expensive for how good it actually is. You can get the same furniture at much better prices just down the street.
