1 star for convenient location as it simply in the heart of Yorkville, 2d star is for quite spacious parking lot and cleanliness of the garage ( on that specific day, November 2, 2024) otherwise the sign outside DOESN'T specify explicitly that only cash payments are accepted, only when you're inside the garage at the printing machine, there is a A4 format paper tapered with scotch saying that only cash payments are accepted. So either you have to plan ahead and have $12.50 on hand or else make sure to use ATM machine at the intersection of Bay and Bloor. Considering the fact that 4 Major banks are present on the intersection it doesn't seem to be a problem, but inconvenience since you have to walk back and forth. Knowing that only cash payments are accepted management could have put an ATM machine on the spot as well. Peculiar entrance to the garage as to enter you have to use left lane and then switch to the right, why can't it be the regular right why driving?

Easy park and go

When exiting I had issues paying the ticket. I have a Canadian credit card, I followed every step and the machine wouldn’t work.

Was told to pay on the ground floor and same thing with that machine

Ended up paying with cash but it didn’t give me the correct change. It might be an individual case and bad luck for me but thought I’d share

Good place to park the car in downtown. Not too many cars in the parking lot so it is nice and quiet.

During the hectic downtown congestion in Toronto, they are a bit cozy!

Great parking. Bit pricey, but to the point. I got an e-reservation and it worked perfectly. Next day I just dropped in and again it was great. Note that is better to pay on the groundfloor of the building rather on the exit, as cards accepted are only canadian credit cards.
