Doors locked before the stated close time of 11:30. I was stuck outside with 20 other concert goers. Got lucky and a car pulled out so everyone ran down the ramp before the garage could close. Don’t park here.

For me it was not a great place for parking

My car is locked in the parking garage, how am I supposed to get it back on thanksgiving Monday, went at 4:30 am opening time and gate didn’t open.

They WILL lock your car in the garage as soon as it turns 11:30pm.

It's dirty, stinky and expensive. $21 from 8:30 am to 4 pm. The stairway to get out is a complete mess too. Also, maybe it's just me, but I honestly can't tell you how to get back down to the parking afterwards. I've not seen any stairs or elevator to parking levels. Signage is terrible. That's with saying I'm usually pretty good at finding my way around. I walked down the ramp because I just gave up looking for the way down.

Avoid this parking as pricing have increased and it’s not an accurate reflection on the real payment. Stairs are dirty and filled with bloody tissue paper and piss. They are charging way more than expected. And the machine won’t give you daily maximum.
