The staff members who attended to me, Ms. Clear and Jonna, were incredibly kind and attentive. I was particularly impressed with the way Ms. Clear explained the details of the new 5+1 Mani-Pedi package with a complimentary 60-minute massage. For the prices they charge you'd expect them to be classy and service oriented like the other premium barbershops in Dubai but sadly that wasn't the case - The haircut and beard trim was acceptable however the barbers desperately upsell, telling you about treatments you don't need and pushing overpriced products and services.
Fight staff who’s turn to give the hair cut and voices are high, pricy not worth it before cutting start advertising on hair products wasn t a pleasant experience and need to cut my hair again somewhere else to fix it
Don't get me wrong, the service is pretty good. Downsides are the price and the extremely annoying insistence that you have some sort of hair/scalp issues and that you need a specific product they're selling. Don't have and never had dandruff in my life, but now suddenly I hear "so much dandruff, you need to use this product" every time I go there. Saying I don't want it falls on deaf ears and they keep pushing until you're checking out. It's gotten to a point that I'm considering stop going there even though they have the best hairstylist I found in Dubai.
Horrible! I gave clear instructions and I got my hair really messed up & now, I have to wait for my hair to grow again, just because they don’t know how to handle it. I tried speaking Arabic & English but apparently it wasn’t enough. There are way better hair salons other than this horrible pretend-to-be place.

If you visit this branch, please ask for Ms. Shelya. She is an exceptional massage therapist, providing an extraordinary experience. In my 15 years in Dubai, her service stands out as the most outstanding I have encountered..
Be ware! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! DONT COME HERE!!!
We came here for a hair cut and was told it was only 65.
However they started talking to my husband that his face is dirty etc and offered him some things. He agreed because he didn’t know it will cost him much.
Upon paying we got shock that our bill became 450aed!!!
They ripped us off, they said they did a hydrafacial when hydrafacial should be done with professionals only or medical license people not someone who work to in the saloon!!! The hydrafacial wasn’t worth it even, he smoked his face and scrub it only and added unknown products!!!
Just and advice, before you agreed with anything, make sure ask for a price first or else you will go with huge payment!!!!
