Not very handy, but wanted to put up some curtain rods to trick everyone into thinking I was. Came in with no idea what I was doing and left with everything I needed thanks to Mr. Bill. He talked me through everything and even talked me out of buying a few things I didn’t need. Will be returning every time I need anything hardware related - integrity like that is rare. Thanks again Mr. Bill!
Had a great experience yesterday. I thought I permanently messed up a home project, but Bill was super helpful and spent 45 minutes walking me through creative fixes (which worked, by the way!). I appreciate his patience and expertise. No more Home Depot trips for me.
Great team here! Had an old car key that needed to be cut, and it took multiple attempts to find the blank that would work but they got it.

Best experience I've ever had in a hardware store. A far cry from Lowe's and Home Depot, where finding things and finding staff to help are a dubious task. All of the people working are kind and happy to help. It felt like maybe what the family owned stores were back in the day. Patrons who were known by their names and happily chatting with the staff. A fun selection of things that are not hardware. Excellent green egg bbq section. And lots of knicknacks for gardeners. Someone even gave my daughter a baby that had grown off of a succulent to take home. She was touched.
Vincent is awesome man. He helped me get the right screws to tap into my cars metal. Speaker was riveted in and had to screw replacement in. Took the time to explain why the screw he showed me was the best for my purpose
Been here a handful of times and their service is always next level. They know where everything is in the store, they check in with you and are as helpful as can be without being salesy at all. This place lives up to their motto!
Extremely condescending treatment of my daughter today. I sent her with simple instructions to purchase a specific drill bit. The older gentleman working today decided he would try to make her feel inadequate about her hardware knowledge rather than help her. Not going back.
