I have gone three business days in a row and on Saturday, all between 11am and 3pm. They are never open. They don't answer their phone. They have my package and won't let me retrieve it. UPS needs to revoke this place as an access point immediately.
She had the audacity to tell me I’m not 18 when I was born In 05, then proceeded to lie to me and tell me my package wasn’t there and to contact UPS, UPS says the package is there
This should not be a UPS Access Point. I've tried to get my package 3 times well within their posted business hours and they are ALWAYS CLOSED.
Came here twice already so far and still don't have my package, because the hours they post on their door and that are online they don't abide by.
Came to pick up my packages after their store was supposed to be open. For a store with such limited hours for people to come get their packages, you should be open when you say you’re going to.
Really dislike that UPS would choose an access point that closes before 7 on weekdays.
That said, the staff member that let me pick up my package 5 minutes after closing is a blessing and today they get 5 stars.

It is a very convenient place to pick up UPS packages and I've never had a problem with customer service there. I get packages from work (and Amazon) a lot and have picked up 100+ times here. Not a single problem.
