The Ivy Meeting and Event Venue

This is more a warning to people, but the wedding reception I attended at this location had a crucial issue with parking. As in there is a street adjacent to park on, but Bloomington PD saw fit to ticket everyone on the street regardless if they paid on a meter or not. I know for a fact I did and got a ticket. I am not certain how often this occurs, or how aware the event location owners are aware of this, so my rating will stay higher. If they don't know, they get a pass, but if they do know, and choose not to warn people, that is despicable.

Overall location is beautiful, and I'd recommend it to those looking for a venue. Just be careful.

05.27.2023 was the most special day! Thank you to Amanda and the entire team who made our wedding day so beautiful. We started planning our reception over 8 months before the big day. Amanda was so helpful, had amazing recommendations and overall was communicative from the start to finish. The venue speaks for itself, it is truly a historic and beautiful building.

We had an absolute perfect graduation party at the Ivy. The outdoor patio was so perfect with the cozy twinkle lights, couch seating and fire pit. Amanda was great to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly and helped us plan the perfect party. Do not hesitate to use The Ivy. A++

Our office rented The Ivy for our Christmas party and the venue was wonderful! The space is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful through planning the event, facilitating the event, and cleaning up afterwards. We were very impressed and will definitely be renting The Ivy in the future!
