Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park

Had a great & fun time @ 8th Annual Taco Fest. Shout out to Not'cho Tacos. Loved the Jerk chicken soft tacos!!! We felt very well protected...And! we even made the news.

Definitely a great park to hang out at and explore. Lots of good places to eat and shop nearby and also great scenic views of the river.

I was at Tubman Garrett Park for the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival. The park is a great place for what I was there for. It is spacious and will kept.

Nice park by the river. They had a festival here and a lot of food vendors offered a variety of foods. This place has some good dancers and shows, they even had a food competition. I enjoy myself and the activities.

Me and my wife attended the Wilmington street food festival on Saturday and despite the rain we had an awesome day. The riverfront was very clean and well organized.

We didn't wander too far in the park however I noticed adorable little bird "houses" around the park (see photo). It is situated next to the river which is very peaceful and beautiful. This would definitely be a place I would come on a warm Sunny day maybe with a packed lunch. Definitely a peaceful place to rest for a bit.

Peaceful oasis along the downtown Wilmington Christina riverfront. Street parking is sparse but many parking garages nearby. Shops restaurants and other attractions nearby, just a short walk from the Amtrak station too.

Beautiful park, beautiful day, beautiful people. The August Quarterly event was fun, the music was great, the people outstanding. Great to connect with the community organizations out to support! All praise to God.
