Belleville Theatre Guild

I recently saw Hilda's Yard and loved it. Before that, Over the River and Through the Woods and i was very impressed with the quality of the acting. We have many talented people in our community. They're a joy to watch.

Be VERY careful purchasing tickets over the phone with their box office. I purchased a ticket, agreed to a charge, provided my credit card information and we ended the call. The woman from the box office then called back “to confirm my credit card information” and I now have another charge for 3 times the amount of the first charge.

NOTE: I received a call from the theatre and they did refund the additional charge.

A hidden gem in downtown Belleville. Not really hidden, it has been there for decades. A venue that I have known about for some time, but did not give it any special attention. However after attending Miracle on 34th Street on Saturday evening I can honestly say that I will be back. An outstanding performance by the whole cast. I would describe the acting to be at a level of professionalism. The young children, and I perceive many of them to be under the age of 15, played their parts in a professional and confident manner. The young children who sang solo or as a duet demonstrated voices that were amazing. As for the venue, it was quaint, comfortable and a great view of the stage from any seat. If you have a chance to see this play I would highly recommend you to do so.

Just saw over the river and through the woods. Have to say every thing about it was really outstanding. Performances were excellent , very natural.Pure joy watching the story roll out.looking forward to the Christmas show.

Saw the play Oct 12 and it was very entertaining . The actors were amazing and we really enjoyed the evening. Very charming story and very impressive cast! Thank you

Last night attended production of Over The River And Through The woods…..I would like to say congratulations to the actors…it really moved me..brought tears to my eyes…..keep up with the good work..looking forward to the next one…

Saw the production of Proof last night. The production itself was very well done. The actors were great and the set was fantastic. Before the play started they had 50/50 set up for people to purchase tickets. During intermission they offered water or pop for $2 as well as having 50/50 available to buy. Overall the theatre was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a nice night out with a friend. I will definitely be back for future productions!
