Lots of parking. Staff are friendly. Balcony is not a nose bleed style, simply a continuation of the main floor.

Very nice theater. The sound was great. I only had one complaint, the balcony, aka 2nd floor, doesn't allow one to get a good view of the stage. I'm not tall, so I could barely see anyone on the stage. We had middle seats row in. My husband is tall and said the same thing. This was our first time at this theater. Sadly, we booked too late for floor seats. Would go again, but make sure seats are closer. We do attend these music events in Kingston often, along with Picton now Belleville.

We've seen a lot of concerts and movies lately. So happy we have such a beautiful venue!

Great venue for an intimate concert. Good sight lines to the stage. Great sound. Watched Blue Rodeo perform.

From a performers' viewpoint, this is one of the most professional and well equipped Theatres we have ever performed in. The staff volunteers and management are world class and we would recommend seeing any show that has that level of production and professionalism!

We visited a nice show, to my mind, nice to see once, but not something I’d go for again. I liked the venue, however. I enjoyed the fact that they had a pre-show, a very talented duo, too. Other than that I liked the layout of the sitting area - it is all essentially one floor raising at an angle, though the part at the back is considered to be balcony. They have a drinks bar, a coat check, some benches, couches and armchairs in the hall. The snack bar is ok, generally has nothing interesting and is overpriced as usually in places alike.
