Today is my first time at PATCHI Café. The desserts are amazing and the service and reception are lovely. Thanks to the waiter "NOEL" he was very respectful.

More then 20 min delay for 2 cups of hot chocalate.Uncomfortable slippery chairs..Milk hot chocalate rate 5/10.Dry sweets exposed to air with the coffe...Not acceptable !!
