Exceptional Experience with Lois K!

I visited Bottomless Closet in October I was referred by Grace Institute and had the pleasure of working with Lois K. She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Lois took the time to understand my needs and provided expert guidance on selecting perfect outfits for interviews. From clothing to accessories, she offered valuable tips and feedback on my resume and what to expect during the interview process.

The entire experience, from the front desk to working with Lois, was truly amazing. I'm extremely grateful for Lois K's assistance and the organization's dedication to helping others.

Bottomless Closet is truly a magical experience. From the moment you walk in every volunteer and staff member are looking to help you, however they can, in achieving your goals. I received two full interview outfits, a purse, a makeup bag, even a winter coat (which I didn’t have for this winter season) and more! It was a beautiful, generous, and personalized experience. Bottomless Closet is truly a blessing for NYC.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bottomless Closet. After traveling an hour and a half to get there, the staff refused to serve me because I had my child with me. They were unwelcoming to both me and my son, which made me feel sad and frustrated. It hurt to feel that my time—three hours in total—didn’t matter to them. I struggle to find care for my son when he isn’t in daycare, and their lack of understanding only added to my disappointment.

I had a wonderful experience at Bottomless closet Beautiful clothes for an interview and for work and Brand new pocketbooks. I will definitely recommend. Also professional staff 🥰.

First time I walked into Bottomless closet I received very good resume assistance, I also had 2 outfits for my jobs interview coming up, two months later I got a job and they gave me 3 more outfits of my preference. The staff are the best, they take their time with each client. Really recommended.

Bottomless Closet is such a blessing. Elisa was so kind and helpful. They gave me clothes I needed for job interview and I was truly grateful because I couldn't afford them and wondered how else would I get them, but this place was heaven sent. Elisa also gave me a few pointers on my resume and I'm truly grateful for that. Also a book I could reference to and get even more pointers from. I got everything I needed to be a success for the interview. Shoes, makeup, bag, accessories you name it. Thank God for y'all. I pray that they have many donors and clients and stay in business for a very long time because they are much needed and I never felt so great in all my life. They don't look down on you or anything. The front desk receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Again thank you so much ladies for everything. Thank you most of all for caring.
