For a retirement block this was quite nice. All residents we spoke to seemed happy. Good travel links, reasonable sized apartments, communal areas kept nice & clean. Grocery, newsagent, Post Office, outdoor, barbers & hairdresser/beauty salons & takeaways all close by. GP surgeries & pharmacies a short bus ride or half mile walk away. Apartment costs d service charges reasonable. All in all quite impressed.
