Mes, Kam and the whole team housed me and looked after me while i got back on my feet. Thanks to them for all they did. 5stars

Avoid! As a tenant I can't really speak for Crest Housing but as a landlord, I would avoid Crest Housing at all costs. When Crest Housing signed up to be a tenant they promised to leave my house in the same condition as they rented it. This was an absolute lie. They left the house with damages greater than £10k and stopped responding to all messages. The left oven, washing machine, doors, walls and floors damaged. Keys were missing. I had to have the bathroom and toilets redone. I noticed that I wasn't the only landlord they did this to. I am still in the process of fixing my property. I was made promises during the handover period. I gave Crest Housing more time to fix my property and Crest Housing kept making promises they had no intentions of keeping. I would never rent a house to Crest Housing or any of directors. Avoid at all costs!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THE ONE STAR. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Based on Ashley Borne's (Estate Agents) recommendation we signed a tenancy agreement with Crest Housing on the basis that they will follow the terms in the contract. One of those terms was that they will maintain the house, the garden was never kept tidy and the bushes were cut once in the three years they had the house. There was always garbage in front of the house. One of the terms was that pets were not allowed, this was breached many times as well.
Although the constant chase to get information from the 2 employees left at this Ashley Borne was a headache, the end of the tenancy became a nightmare for us.
Crest Housing was to return the house in the same way it was given to them according to the contract terms, but they would not provide a date for when they were leaving as well as if they were going to conduct any repairs.
The house was in a STATE, the multiple dogs in the house had soiled everywhere, and the walls had holes or marks in them. There was garbage all over the front garden and an old, disgusting caravan that had not been removed, the furniture we had provided had been thrown outside.
Crest Housing did not return the house on the date the contract had ended since the house was not in the same condition.
They took 2 weeks after the contract ended to return the keys. Hint they never paid for this extra period they had the house.
The "repairs" they did were poorly painting the walls, throwing some wall repair mix on, and calling it a day. Oh no sorry, they did change the carpet, not in the living room where the pets were so the room has a disgusting odour coming from it.
In return though they decided to take all our furniture from the house.
Regarding the disgusting caravan, we had to keep asking until Crest Housing removed it, but they forgot to the owner of the caravan. Now the owner keeps coming to the house and threatening us to return the vehicle that we never moved in the first place. We've had to report this to the police as well since we're being verbally abused by the vehicle owner.
As for Ashley Borne, how helpful were they as the people managing the house? How much advice did they give? Well, the one employee in the letting department went on leave for this whole period, and the other two employees... well when God finally listened to our prayers and they finally picked up our calls all we would hear back is "We will let him know" "we aren't in the letting department but we will let him know" "he's on leave at the moment but I will contact him" etc etc.
They will take your money but never actually do their job. I say save your money, stay away from Crest Housing and Ashley Borne.

I think Crest Housing is absolutely amazing the information that I got regarding my housing benefit, and housing options was very helpful. The support worker was great. And the accommodation I viewed was clean and tidy. Well done Crest Housing 👍🏻

I moved into one of Crest housing Association properties in 2021. I love the accommodation and get on well with other tenants the house is clean and tidy have all faculties etc washing machine, utensils, vacuum . I like the location as it is easy for me to commute. Crest housing managers are very supportive and also my support worker supports me well has enrolled me into college and enjoying my course.?Repairs are done promptly.

I don't particularly like sharing but circumstances mean I have to. I have been in 2 other shared properties before this one and they were both dire, actually that's a polite word for them properties, anyway being at Crest Housing l do like living here and what I like most of all is the fact that if you have a problem they sort it out in a fair manner unlike the other places I have lived.

House was dirty, smelly and lots of broken fittings (cabinets, appliences, flooring, furniture).
Other tenants were drug users who partied all the time. When they moved out 2 new tenants were criminals coming out of prison. They threatened, robbed, tried to force me into drug dealing and extort me. So I had to move.
Wasnt a safe property due to very aggresive and dangerouse tenants.
Lots of drugs and loud music.
