Tops Friendly Markets

I love this store 😍 friendly staff especially pharmacy and they have some good sales produce could be better 😋

How awful of this company for keeping the store open all day and night on Christmas .
Just one more reason to shop at Hannaford ( who is closed today in order for their employees to spend time with family ) .

Wanna say they treat you like a human with feelings 🥰😜 they’re amazing 🙏i came in with eye pain that I had for 3 weeks I left feeling like a million bucks !!5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a VERY upsetting experience at this supermarket recently.. While shopping, I witnessed a family receive the terrible news that their aunt was in the hospital. Clearly distressed, they were trying to compose themselves when a strange individual started yelling at them and ridiculing them for taking a coupon book…? I couldn’t tell if the woman worked there or not but this behavior was completely uncalled for and showed a total lack of empathy and professionalism. I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and will not be returning to this store. Compassion and understanding should be a priority, especially in such difficult moments. Praying for that familt.

witnessed a family find out their aunt had a stroke- and was in hospital. As older man found out, he accidentally took the ladies coupon book, she yelled “That’s mine!!!” and was laughing like they were fools. She tends to not say much which is fine but you need to have manners. She’s not friendly. I thought this was Tops Friendly Market. Do better.

Top's pharmacy is a mess and has been that way for far to long.They are always changing the date of my refills. Leaving me unmedicated. Because of their mistakes. Last month they called me to see if I picked up a script.... Apparently it was given to me,but they never signed off on it . Plus another time I was left unmedicated for two weeks during Christmas and New Year's because of a mistake the pharmacist made. Leaving me withdrawaling from those meds threw both of those holidays.
I highly recommend using another pharmacy. Making mistakes in a pharmacy when people depend and or can not go without is unexcusable.

For starters corporate in tops is horrible they hire only part time and don't hire full time so these employees have to have 2 jobs so they can make enough to pay some of their rent how can they sleep at night its the people that make the store they need to go after corporate in tops and all the other stores that do this and they they wonder why they have to close these stores or change their name without fixing the problem

By the way the cut fruit cups used to be very active but now its seems less active now

Tops is fine as a general supermarket. It's clean and has most items. It doesn't have a wide selection of specialty items, which requires separate trips to markets that do have them but this does not deter me from shopping there.
