It is a great gym but lately it has gotten too crowded, especially in the dressing rooms. For the high membership fees I would expect a bit better.

Too crowded/cheap

I've been a member for over five years now, and while the gym has added a lot of new equipment over the years, it has reached a point where it's just too crowded for most of the day.

The staff is kind, and cleanliness is good in the mornings, but the gym isn’t what it used to be.

Will I stop going to this gym? No, as it's probably still the best in the area. This could easily have been a 5/5 rating if they could find a way to reduce the number of visitors by half.

As most of the (discounted) memberships are probably locked in for the next few years, and the number of members likely won't decline anytime soon, it would be great if they opened another large Trainmore location in the area.

my membership officially started in October 2023. When it came to October 2024, I cancelled it immediately. But you still deducted money from my bank account in October and November. I have submitted this to your contact website and they said they would get back to me by email. It has been one week and I haven’t heard any back! I was going to say that I had a good time in this gym within this one year contract but I didn’t expect the ending would be so ugly- that I had to come here and write a negative review to warn people about the scam. Now I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I have been noticing that TrainMore has launched great deals of offers, discounts and free trials to attract new consumers. That is a business strategy but it is not okay if you are using existing customers’ membership fees excessively to finance those.

I love this gym so much. 4 floors, a sauna, and almost any equipment you can think of. The only downsides are the insane Monday business and that the shake machine is often out of protein powder.

Nice and cozy gym with a comfortable atmosphere for working out, plus a wide variety of equipment to choose from. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The customer service and organization could use some attention, and I’ve noticed the gym can get quite dusty at times. Locker rooms had some issues with broken lockers, but thankfully, that’s now resolved. Still, paper towels, shower gels, and shampoos are frequently out of stock, which can be inconvenient, especially when heading to work afterward. Overall, it’s a decent gym with potential if they address these minor inconveniences.

Good gym with plenty equipment. It does get too crowded after regular working hours. Also feel they need to do more about temperature control. The airconditioning system on the second floor needs to be turned on more often; it seems more turned off than on lately

Unique experience! We came from Italy and we’ve traveled a lot but we’ve never seen such an incredible place! The gym is amazing, very very big, machines are new and the spaces are all very clean. We wanted to thanks Michael for his kindness, we remembered this beautiful gym especially for him. Such an amazing guy and a super experience. We’ll come back for sure
