The platform is outdated and the owners I’ve rented from within this platform are fraudulent. Please rent from a reputable company so you don’t get scammed.

Excellent support, smooth process.

I tried to rent through DayTrail. I think the concept is great; I would try to do it again but would start the process sooner. I tried reserving a UTV 6 days prior to desired date. The website is clunky and some time was lost because the site will allow you to "request a booking" that will not processed until you "get verified", but the website doesn't notify you of the next step; I eventually received an email that let me know the process was stalled, awaiting more action from me. The Verification process requires submission of your personal data to a third-party vendor; personally I'm not comfortable with sending photographs on my driver license to some mysterious third party. Eventually I got my part completed; the owner of the UTV provided me with his number (he said he was having challenges with the DayTrail website) and while he consistently indicated he was ready to rent the machine I eventually became doubtful that I'd be successful and opted to rent from a different business.
