We hosted our daughter Sweet 16 recently at Sapphire Ballroom, we look into several places but only Sapphire included the food, cake, Dj, photographer, drinks and decoration for such an amazing price. Ana and her team went above and beyond to help fullfil the way my daughter envisioned her party. The food was AMAZING, the cake was OMG 😱 soo good. God willing we will be seeing Ana and her team for a long time, because all our family and friends were happy with everything. Cant wait to celebrate my husband birthday at sapphire next year.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my parents' 50th anniversary celebration at Sapphire Ballrooms, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the incredible experience.

From start to finish, the event was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. Ana and her team were truly outstanding, making the evening unforgettable for everyone involved. Ana’s attentiveness and dedication ensured that every detail was perfect, from the elegant decor to the smooth execution of our planned activities. Her guidance and support were invaluable, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make sure the celebration went off without a hitch.

The ambiance of Sapphire Ballrooms itself was magnificent—elegant yet welcoming, and the space was ideal for our gathering. Thank you, Ana, Mariela, and the entire team at Sapphire Ballrooms, for helping us create such cherished memories on this significant occasion. Your hard work and dedication made my parents’ 50th anniversary truly extraordinary, and we couldn’t be more appreciative.

Always a pleasure to do business with them. Ana is such a wonderful person as well as her assistants that help her and the manager Alcides. I've done my daughter's 15 and have referred other family members to have their own parties here. They are the best with price and customer service. All our events have been the greatest experience and full satisfaction. Totally recommended for all your future events!

I got married at Sapphire on 4/22/23. I must say Anna did a great job communicating with my husband and myself, we had no issues the entire time planning the wedding. BUT The day of my wedding I was not satisfied. This is an all inclusive venue, so I really thought everything would go according to plan. Things were promised to us that we did not receive. The photographer did not do a great job capturing special moments! Thank goodness we had a back up plan. We gave the DJ a playlist to follow and he did not follow the playlist. On a positive note the food and bartender were spectacular. All my guess were not disappointed in the bar service, food or cake.

The ambiance was great! Setup decor was beautiful. Bathrooms clean . A lot of parking . Staff was professional.

We celebrated our daughter’s Quinces here! It was absolutely amazing! Ana is definitely the person to go to for parties. She helps you make your wishes come true. We had congris with lechon and yuca. The food and cake was so delicious!
The waiters were awesome and so was our MC Ray! We loved it so much , already booking a second party there. Thank you so much !

The ballroom is clean, COVID-19 safe (staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was available). The food was good (chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie medley). Good sound system and relevant music, as well as a good emcee to narrate/manage the proceedings. Overall a positive experience.
