Bad service, every staff seemed tired and rude. Tastes of the dishes was just so so. Heavy sauce on everything and way too sweet. Won’t come back again.

The friendly staff made the meal very enjoyable. We had the short ribs, Wagyu, Brussels sprouts, beef tartar and a bottle of soju. The beef tartar had a sesame oil accent making it taste very Korean influenced. The duck fried rice was amazing as well!!

Overall lovely and delicious!

Only downside was you need to go through hotel lobby and upstairs to get to restroom.

Went here for Seattle Restaurant Week and it was an overall great experience. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the crème brûlée and the cured salmon

Was here for a work dinner. Therefore I can't comment on the prices, but my impression: it is on the expensive side. Very elegantly designed and presented plates. Enjoyed the service, found that servers did their utmost to be helpful. Re: ambience, tends to be noisy!

Went here as a couple date. Had a reservation but it wasn’t too busy. We had the Brussel spouts, tuna tartar, and the sot bap. Everything tasted good but wasn’t really noteworthy other than the Brussel sprouts. The flavor and puréed sweet potato was really good. I probably wouldn’t order the other two again. Maybe the steak tartar is better. Maybe the sliders are better. Overall it was good, but I feel I could get similar for a lower price elsewhere.

Wow! Taking Seattle food standards to next level.
Definitely try their fire roasted Cauliflower, it’s like food that even your soul will crave for eternity. Absolutely amazing experience, service is great, place is neat. Definitely will go again!

Didn’t live up to the hype. We ordered five dishes and each was… fine. Unremarkable, really. Mediocre flavors. Visual presentation is sloppy. Beef sliders were the only dish that I could even half heartedly recommend.

The cocktail menu ranks similarly. Fine… but lacking the nuance and thoughtful preparation that you can find at similar restaurants or cocktail bars.

As for the restaurant space itself, it’s severely lacking in charm. Feels more like a coffee shop setting. Overall, 2.5 out of 5 stars. With plenty other Korean restaurants to try, I don’t plan to return to Chan.
