The hair cutter does not understand English and not good in hair cut / didn’t understand what I wanted and kind of forced me to say that she has done a good job !! Not worth the money paid at all

The store is advertising 199kr for a haircut (right outside the room, because of a Taylor Swift event).
When I went there, the workers act rude and like you're crazy for asking about the discount and then they say it's 400kr and that there isn't a discount.

Came in for a drop-in haircut and thought that the experience with the hairdresser would’ve been as convenient as the in-app experience.
When I got there for my booking the hairdresser wasn’t even in the shop. And when he arrived it seemed like he had been doing some shopping of his own in the area.
With no previous experience with Cutters, I expected at least a wash. Not only for the price point but at least to make his job easier. I asked for a trim of my medium-long haircut, but I ended up having to go to another hairdresser and make it shorter since the guy at Cutters messed up the front of my hair.
During the process, I noticed that he had a screen showing the time it took to cut the previous customer's hair. It said 13 minutes, which is way too short to make anything remotely decent, which I now had to experience personally. I’ve never before felt that I had to cover my head after a haircut until now.
I would’ve given the service a 1/5 due to the result but settled on a 2/5 due to the convenience the app brings. Cutters need to give their hairdressers a fair chance to do their work properly. Cutting hair at record time does not mean better service. Until then the app will remain in the app store and I will continue using smaller establishments that can deliver what they promise. A good cut from happy hairdressers

Good haircut, except haircut I don’t like anything here. For eg: they should blow small hairs after haircut on face and in the head. Instead they just show once and try to apply wax. Cutters in Sollentuna is much better. Overall experience is not good.

I got a haircut before Christmas. The guy who helped me was both attentive and professional. As a person, I think he is both sympathetic and interested in me as a customer. My warmest recommendations to Besnik!
