Timing is misleading. It’s stated open on the website but i went there it’s closed. It happens few times.

Staffs are very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. Had to go to the clinic as they are the Panel for so many companies, Perkeso and Fomema.

Front office not friendly. Not welcome to patron. Face very sour and talk very rude. Front office actually is very important, they must show thier smile and more friendly. Will make patient feel more welcome and less pain. Lucky the doctor is OK. Only front office need improvement.

This is probably one of the best clinic I have ever been to, the doctor is great. He might a little bit intimidating at first but he has given very good consultations and advice. I can only give 4 stars as I find the receptionists are not so friendly at times which can be improved. In my opinion the first person you see has to have a smile especially when you work in a place that can be scary to some. Good job and I do recommend this clinic if you are looking for consultations.

Receptionist a bit cool but pharmacist or dispensary and doctors are great. System is good cause they have TV screen calling your name instead of shouting. Lots of checking available here.

The clinic still not open. The staff lock the door and busy cleaning the floor. It is haze outside and they dont even let me and other patience come to sit inside. The doctor also not coming yet. The text on the clinic door clearly stated that it open at 8am on weekdays.

Well, saw that the reviews here aren't too good. But in defense of this clinic, any complaints should be addressed to a particular person/doctor. For example, if one is unhappy about a particular doctor, get his/her name. U can even look it up online to see if he/she is a certified practitioner. If not, then...ehhem...fham2la. Otherwise, usually the owner hires locum (which means unknown doctors who stay nearby/within vicinity) to stand-in for him. These clinic dont have much choice as there aren't many doctors who want to/qualified to do locum. So, owners of clinics cant be picky. If u dont like a particular locum/locum is not certified, kindly tell the receptionist and make it known, they wont hire that particular doctor anymore. This goes for all other clinics as well. The owner of this clinic is a good doctor (his face maybe less than friendly, cant change his looks). I do hope customer/reviewers here can be more objective about matters and responsible when posting comments or complaints on Google rating, as these kind ppl here are also like u and me, cari makan only, although I do agree that customer service has to be done in a proper way. On a positive note, clinic is clean and has many facilities. I cant change the opening or closing time as it's the owners decision. Closing at 9pm, is due to safety reasons as being open too late might welcome unnecessary safety issues and cost.
