Piss poor service for the poor i guess. My health insurance and food stamps have been cut for a error on they're part! For months I've been trying to get in contact with someone but I have zero luck! I can definitely see why people are fleeing the state of Illinois! Its a disaster here!!

The office has relocated over theee years ago.

I've applied 2 times and have yet to be interviewed. I apply online and recive in the mail a letter telling me the the date of my appointment ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT!! I call to resecedule and not one ever answers. A few time I've gotten a machine and left my info. The first time I did this, a week later I got another letter saying I missed my interview and must call to reschedule.

I've called 10+ times. Left my information three times when the machine randomly decided to answer.

I'm getting nowhere. Their system is busted and people are going without food.

Messy, labyrinthine system that virtually ensures you will not get your food stamps application processed in a smooth manner. Try calling them, wait on hold for as long as you can bear, and see if you ever get to talk to a live human. I am fortunate in that someone is feeding me while I wait for my application to get processed (if ever). But what are people who need foods stamps right now supposed to do? How long are they supposed to wait?
