Hermes

Was served by a very lovely lady who originally was from HongKong. Got a few twillies here, didn't have much time left before boarding. Will be back for more if I fly TA again!

I bought a heel and it had a scratch on the back, and the worker did not inform me about the scratch from this store at Istanbul airport, and when I wanted to replace it with another size, they said that this heel is used and that it is not replaceable.

I was just at the store and my family were there before me, there was no security on the door whatsoever, and there was a barrier on the door so since all my family were already inside I helped myself since nobody was at the door and apparently there isnt anyone hired for that position. An arrogant lady came and shouted at me “you cannot come inside” I told her but my family are already inside, here she said “but you cannot open the barrier alone” I told her nobody is on the door what shall I do? She was raising her voice and She gave me the worst attitude and behavior I recieved since I reached turkey! Very unwelcoming, arrogant and rude! The HR team should give her training in communication with vip clients because not anyone buys hermes, she should work in a labour atmosphere not in a high end brand if she wants to speak to someone in that way or at least stay at home. She is a tall blond lady with a bluesh green badge. The sales associate was very welcoming and nice but I was not willing to pay a penny just because of the rude attitude that she gave me!

I was a bit apprehensive going into Hermes at Istanbul Airport due to my experience at Hermes at a London airport but to my surprise the sales advisor that served me was lovely. Although I wasn’t able to get 1 out of the 2 items I wanted she was extremely pleasant and hospitable.

Most rude sales associate I ever dealt with, he doesn’t even let me complete my sentence ! This is should be reported to Paris, this doesn’t represent Hermes ! Ived entered Hermes boutiques all over the world and Sadly this was my worst expletive ever !

For an airport store they had a good selection of scarves, twillies, and some leather goods. Aisha who assisted me was so wonderful, she's very knowledgable and kind.

Every time this store makes me shock. Assistants know absolutely nothing about politeness and friendliness. One star is very high rating for this space, it should be zero.
