We waited for over an hour to go back to Miami. The bus also stopped in the middle of the highway twice, because the bus was stalled.
The lady who’s leading the bus can’t stop talking, to the point that it is uncomfortable. They don’t have hand sanitizer in the restroom and the toilet doesn’t flush.
Key west is not so great as they said, Pensacola is even better.

My husband and i bought tour bus tickets to key west. The bus tour was supposed to be 3 hour ride in an air-condition bus. The air conditioner broke down during the drive there and we were all melting on that bus. Most of us have medical conditions and ended up getting very sick. So they told us the air conditioning would be fixed for the ride home but none of that happened we rode back on that hot bus for three hours. Just horrible. Ive been sick since it triggered my asthma and ended up in urgent care. I want my money back that was inexcusable. !!!

6 friends and I went to this place to rent jet skis for a bachelor party. This turned into an over 5 hour nightmare, including part of a whole other day. Jet skis did not work, there were countless levels of employees that had to be talked to, all of which were unprofessional. While out with the jet skis one member of our group was hit by an employee while he tried to splash him, causing him to fall off the jet ski. Out of our whole group of 6 people only 2 of us actually got to ride for a whole hour which is what we paid for. Getting a refund was close to impossible and we only got money back for 2 people, arguable only so they could get us to leave the building as onlookers were starting to leave to avoid getting scammed themselves.

Huge scam, paid for 45 mins and it only lasted 30 mins plus only did halfway. I’m not a tourist I live here in Miami and wanted to show my family a good time. Be careful ppl they are not honest.

I was sold a bus ticket as part of a package where I got a boat ride plus the bus tour. I was sold the ticket at 3 with a boat ride starting at 3:45pm and finished at 5:30pm. I was not told the last bus left at 5pm. That didn't give me time to ride the bus that day with the boat tour. I only purchased with the intention to ride the bus on the day of purchase since it was part of a package. I wanted to to request a refund because I was sold a ticket for a bus ride that I could not take not was I informed that I would not be able to take it. However couldn't find anyone to contact or reach out to.

They overcharge and the whole purchase experience is messy. Boat ride was poor as people stand in line to get drinks and block the view of an entire side of the boat

Book a tour. A man (who watched a football game on his phone with headphones in his ear) and a woman have been at the little shop in front of Margaretville. Booked last minute but the Mann ensured me I will come on the boat in 5 min. Had to walk two hundred meters to the pier through the mall. When I arrived the boat was gone. They said they didn’t get informed to wait ( I assume the guy prefers to Continue watching his game) when I returned to the shop ( after annother 200 meter walk) they said they can’t refund need to refund at the pier … felt a bit fooled to be honest. Then the lady got involved and wasn’t helpful as well. After some arguments she refused to speak English to me and continued in Spanish … the only words I understood in English again : „fuck you“ … my strong recommendation as long as those people work there .. go Somewhere else ( walk further into the mall and you get tours 5 USD cheaper anyways … they use advantage to sit front row ). My recommendation to the manager … get them fired !!! Btw never received the refund and i went with annother tour instead

Stay away from those crooks. They claim to pick up at the hotel which was the deciding point to sway us in using them. The bus didn’t show up after waiting 1h outside of the hotel. People on the phone are rude and slammed the phone on us.
After talking to the concierge at the hotel we found out that they rarely ever go in the lobby to seek the passengers (we were told to wait in the lobby by the seller). The bus only stops at the main road about 100m away and is not visible from the lobby.
We’re inquiring to get our money back at the moment, but the lost day, planned ahead of time on tight schedule is gone for good.
