Took my elderly mum to see the memory assessment service based here. Becky (specialist nurse) was lovely and helpful.

The venue itself could benefit from clearer signage of the entrance as we only spotted it by the security camera!

Excellent place and fantastic staff

Excellent. Car parking good. From reception gave information where to go. Lift available for upstairs. Friendly and efficient welcome. The whole procedure carried out first class. Recommended.

Not many carpark spaces - park on the roads around the centre. Bit of a labyrinth to work out where to go. Really welcoming staff on downstairs reception desk. Lift to upper floors available.

If and I mean if it would be a minus ..loads of rubbish from 4 iv seen..anyone would think I self diagose... never will I call for help again..I will sort myself

I had Dr Ben and his nurse take care of me today. They were both very professional and courteous towards me. I was referred to this practice. Im very happy with the result and service provided. Highly recommend

Absaloutly a waste of time they are there. I booked as far as i was concerned an appointment with a gp. However when i got there it was a male nurse practioner with a nasty smell of BO. Needs some deodrant prescribing.. however friendly he was he was utter useless in my opinion, and kept goin bk n forth to liase with the gp. I was in the room for over an hour. Had it been with a gp id of been out a lot sooner. Place is dutty, needs a good clean, you notice the silly things when you are sat in a room for so long on your own. I felt dirty when i left there building. Needed to wash myself when i came home. Im not some posh woman but a service like that needs to be clean. And the whole GP service provided is very dissapointing. You have to get up early when unwell to call st 8am to book a telephone cinsultation, its lile winning a lottery if you manage to get one of them appointments. Then its at there discretion if they see you face to face. And thats not on the same day either.i had to wait 5 days for a face to face appointment then it wasnt with a gp as i said earlier.
Not a good service in my opinion. And that is just my opinion. Others may state better reviews. This is my personal experience.
