Beautiful pier that offers a fantastic view of Puerto Vallarta bay, beach and surrounding mountains. It's a good place for people watching or just sitting back and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
Lots of constant pressuring from braids ladies, silver selling, donut sales, fruit selling, mobile musicians, beach wraps, oyster selling. Just be pleasant, patient and be prepared to say "No Gracias" frequently, if you are not interested.
Good place to see Puerto Vallartas. Beach is usually not busy at all. A lot of people pass by, but most end up leaving doing a bit of sightseeing. Some people fish towards the bottom.
