Kung Fu Tea

Learn to read. At $10 bucks a drink I expect the people making these drinks to learn how to read and comprehend orders. No ice means NO ICE and adding oreos (which is something I paid for) means ADD OREOS. I suggest you get this fixed before screwing up my next drink.

I usually enjoy kung fu tea, but when I ordered the lady with the pink hair gave me an attitude, and made us wait 20 minutes despite having our drinks ready. I don’t wanna knock on the brand but the customer service was not on par with the rest.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s always been wonderful every visit! The staff has always been welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued. It is always clean and a great atmosphere. Every drink I have ordered has been perfect and made to my expectations. Service 10/10 & Quality 10/10

This kung fu tea place need a proper management. Young kids work, they don't pay attention when taking order. Twice they massed up with my order. I asked for no suger, they 100%, 2nd time I asked for jelly, they gave me popping. Overall service and drinks are great 👍

I don't typically leave reviews but this Boba was some of the worst I have ever had. It was almost entirely milk that tasted sour. The crew was atleast fast and kind but the reason to come back is lacking.

I love the environment very clean and organized. The employees are very nice and fast! The only issue Ive had sometimes I order bubble tea and I notice they add less toppings when I order certain toppings and should reach the second line for two toppings. I will updating with pictures if it keeps happening

I’ve gone to plenty of Kungfu Tea locations but this is by far the worst location. I keep giving them chances but they disappoint every time. I don’t know if they use spoiled ingredients on the regular basis or have a bad food&safety practices but this is the first location to make me drinks that I just couldn’t enjoy and had to dump out. All the milk teas I’ve ordered in the past were unpleasant and went in the trash. The last visit, I found a big blob of dark brown unknown substance in my yogurt drink that made me sick. I usually order on the app but they still take forever to fulfill the order. Unfortunately after this last incident, I will not be returning.

So glad to see this opened up right next to where I live! I've never been a fan of KFT, but in woodbridge, the choices are limited. The staff were super friendly and nice, the drinks are what you'd expect from any other KFT. I would definitely stop by again and when I have a craving!
