The most modern and state of the art residential/ commercial area of Dubai.

Those who designed this urban complex really have something to be proud of. Everything is done at a very high level - transport infrastructure, an abundance of restaurants and cafes, a general view. The buildings in the area are a separate story. The variety of forms, buildings, the view of the evening JLT is impressive. It really is a place where you want to come back.

Just 8 minutes walk from DMCC metro station. Its a residential building with 30+ floors, restaurants and businesses at ground floor. I dont think theres wheel chair accessibility because I had to use the stairs to get to the first floor where the elevator is.

Very far from most tourist places in Dubai. Would be better to stay downtown or Bur Dubai. Only near to the Walk and even that's not walking distance. And if I wanted to go to a beach, I would go to a beach resort not to JLT. We spent half of our vacation trying to reach places on time because of the distance. Finally gave up on the metro too. So to say the metro is just nearby but when you actually walk it is a minimum 20 mins walking distance.

Stayed in a great apartment. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Metro, the marina and JBR also within a short walk. Great views at night

I’ve been living here for one year, it’s lovely and nice place. No traffic jam, no sharing apartments, clean and no noise.

View of concord Tower apartments is incredible and the management is very professional.

I recommend it for everyone!

JLT is one of the best place to live in Dubai.

One can get a lot of place and space to rome around.

Plus it's a paradise for foodies, restaurants serving all around the world cousins.

Metro is at walking distance.
Taxis can be found at doorsteps.

Evening walk around the lake is best place to be.
