New buildings should bring new life to those areas! Out with the bad in with next gen.
this once thriving outdoor shopping district built in 1818 has fallen into disarray. but i still find it to be beautiful in its own way!
This is a nice abandoned site to wander around and get great pics. It must have been great in its day.

If they could fix it up it would be av nice place but for now no one should go.
The mall is no longer in operation, but it is in a prime location just a few steps away from Fells Point and in the shadows of the Baltimore Skyline.
