Shopee Express Cheras Hub

Cannot self pick up sad, delivery very slow. The girl sit at the counter attitude "very" good also😮‍💨 J&T Express is better than shopee express for sure.

Slowest shopee xpress hub in the area. I have parcels that were sent to Chan Sow Lin and they got delivered faster than the one in Cheras Hub. I had many bad experience with Cheras Hub and had submitted numerous complaints for the past few years. Doesn't seem to improve.

My parcel was out for delivery several times within 10 days (usually after I requested to expedite) It never actually arrived. Then they decided to return it to the seller citing “unsuccessful delivery attempts”

Disgraceful. Shopee needs to exit the logistics game as are totally incompetent and have no accountability (they claim the logistics is out of bounds but the only contact point for the logistics is shopee). They have been sending me delivery status of "Out for Delivery" followed by "Delivery Unsuccessful" for over 5 days now. I have since asked for a refund and in total agreement with the gentlemen whom posted prior to me, the old method of selecting your own choice of logistics needs to be commonplace on not forced to tolerate Shopee and Shopee Express incompetence.

extreme bad service & slow hub ever. parcel stuck there since 9/5. provided contact number nobody pick up. is it no worker in the hub? No allow direct walk in self collect as well, keep ask me to wait. but i already wait 8 days since 9/5.
if no enough worker please distribute to nearby hub or request shopee dont force buyer use shopee express and enable the function to allow buyer choose courier service.
If the review star not mandatory , i will leave it no star at all. please improve else please close it and leave it to other courier service / other branch do.

imagine 10 of my parcels, stuck in this hub for almost 2 weeks😤 no update, even if there is update will be the same status: arrived at cheras hub! speechless. Taobao also deliver faster than you leh. Better I deliver to other address to avoid get to this hub

name of service is shopee express but to this date it is the slowest delivery service i ever experienced. the last straw was my order that i never get from 9 april until 30 april (local shipping) and even then if the parcel were to arrive, maybe u should take it and give to ur mader instead bc i dont need it anymore

Useless hub. Keeping the product for 9days don't know what they doing.

The lady who sit at the counter there are racist. I waited so long and call them so many times for my product delivery.

Shopee customer service inform me to walk in for collection. I walk in to the hub to collect the product I pay and the lady treat me like slave and in the end never give my product.

We don't want to use shopee express. Just let us select our own courier
