call shoppe cakap barang stuck di delivery hub dah 5 hari. so tanya shoppe boleh pickup tak. shoppe cakap takboleh pickup tp end up i pegi jugak kt hub ni. n the people working there are really helpful, they tried to help but said my item is not there bcs they dont cover rimbayu area. idk where my item is but if missing/stolen, fr sure i’ll ask fr refund. so if you know where they’re keeping yr item, go ahead to the hub and ask fr them to find it fr you. put your tak malu face n be tht “customer always right” person.

worst delivery hub ever!... went there to pick up my parcel because it stuck there for 3 days and found out 4-5 delivery guys just hanging out and sleep on the floor during working hours...they not allowed to collect ur parcel also!

Their services so bad. It took so long to sent my parcel despite seller was shipped out my parcel so earlier. Please to all of u, don't use their services. Your parcel maybe become fermented.

I went to get my stuff at the warehouse. They wouldn't let me get them at first but after some persuasion, the person in charge was kind enough to find the item for me. I asked whether there's lack of delivery men and they mentioned yes. 3 stars because the rule is ridiculous. If the customer wants to pick up their own stuff from the warehouse, they should've allowed it. Especially if they know that they are not capable to deliver the items on time. My take? Go and get your item yourself. Address as in the details

Shopee express service are really bad nowadays. My parcel was stuck at the hub since 2nd March with no update. Called the customer service also useless can't do anything. This is not the first time it happen. Do we customer need to call every time if we have parcel to be deliver by shopee express? Other courier company that we buy from shopee don't seems to have that issues. I don't even want to put a star for this review but no choice, no star can't review.

very bad service , dekat web cakap parcel is being delivered but dah dekat 3 hari cakap asyik insufficient time . this is not shoppexpress more like shopeetrash .. worst courier ever
