If i was the regional manager I would fire the whole crew. Went in, they charged me for the wrong meal, gave me what I actually ordered, told me I would have to pay the difference (22 cents), I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes and not one person showed up. Tables are sticky and overall just unkept. This place needs help.
Love this one. The staff is excellent. The food is great. Coffee is the best thing. They always make it to our satisfaction.
Please visit when you can. Good parking, great location. Take the family and enjoy a nice dining experience. You will not be disappointed.

This is my first time visiting after a long break. I arrived after 3:40 PM. The dining area was not cleaned. I asked for a table to be cleaned. There was food on the table and floor. I explained that I was dining in however my food was prepared to go. I ordered tomato soup. It was tasty and warm. The hot chocolate was š„. I enjoyed the almond milk option. Before leaving, the staff started to clean the area, pull the trash and restock the drinks.
Iām only giving this place three stars because the staff was friendly this morning. I was there before 8am and they were out of all bagels except Cinnamon and blueberry. She told me they had oat bran bagels so I got that. Turns out itās just a oat bran roll they cut in half. How do you run out of bagels before 8am
Panera Bread...it's in the name...bread. Once a place teaming with pastries galore, well, you see what was available on my last visit. And by last visit, I mean my absolute last visit. So I decided to order food...a simple soup bread bowl and chicken salad. What I received was the smallest bread possible to be used as a bowl and soup, which was decent, that didn't even fill half of it. As for the chicken salad, once I opened the container I was excited to see it full, until I pulled off all of the garnish and was left with only a few table spoons of chicken salad. What was the response of the staff...portion control...it's all about portion control. And when my daughter received an outdated yogurt, we returned it just to have the staff go back to the fridge to retrieve a fresh newly expired one and gave it to my daughter. Definitely not worth the price I paid and most assuredly not worth my time. My experience is just for the International Blvd location in North Charleston...I can't speak on any other location...yet.
Employees here are doing a good job and the space is accommodating. On the other hand, itās truly āslim pickingsā for vegan dining: itās such a pity because compassionate cuisine need not be expensive, nor intricateā¦.
Decided to try their curbside pick up, and I was definitely disappointed. The cheese pizza was sold out, so we got the 4 cheese pizza with garlic cream sauce. I also got their pepperoni pizza and the cheese just looked really weird, and it wasnāt cut. Both were disgusting, but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered my usual vanilla cinnamon roll, and it was burnt. I ordered an almost $3 large drink and didnāt notice how much ice was in it until I got home :( next time I will definitely have to ask for no ice. Itās summer time, and we need to hydrate :) (employee was nice that brought my items to the car)
