Wow, just delicious. We had the Cocky Joe with onion rings. The rings were melt in your mouth, wonderful morsels of fried heaven. The sandwich was equally as wonderful. The meat was tender and perfect, vegetables were clearly fresh and tasty. The picture does not do this sandwich justice. We also had the Bluto chicken sandwich with a watermelon feta salad. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, it was just a little too fried, and the breading was a bit too hard. But, no worries, the watermelon salad was so flavorful and fresh, was just delightful. We drove about an hour to eat here and were not disappointed. It is a little pricey for a sandwich, but the quality is evident. Will definitely come back, and for sure will get the cocky Joe.

Finally stopped in to try this place for lunch today. I had the tempeh sandwich and my husband had the bean burger. Good vegetarian and vegan options. We really liked the food and atmosphere and the service was great. Two thumbs up!

This place is cute. The food wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting. I popper burger with an impossible burger and no bacon. I was expecting an explosion of flavor, the components sounded good but I just didn't get the pop of the heat from the cheese and jalapenos and then the burst of berry to cool it off. It was ok, perhaps I picked the wrong dish? The place was a little hot so, that was a little bit of an issue for me too.

Definitely a top spot here in downtown Deland, we loved this place, their food is so fresh and the creations are very special, and artesian, some of the dishes we had:
Allicin wonderland burger, who's Wanda starter plate, the left hander with their home made vegetarian burger, side salad with the lemon vinaigrette was excellent.
Brianna our server was amazing and so special, she made great recommendations of the menu and places near by, she is by far the best Server I ever had, & I've been to many many restaurants from South florida to Europe.
Brianna besides having my daughters name has the most beautiful blue eyes, so charming and welcoming, she is definitely an asset to this awesome place.
this restaurant is super casual & nice atmosphere. Rainbows and unicorns are welcome🌈🦄

Been living in the area since 1989. I have heard many times how good this place is. Tonight we finally went to Bake Chop. The atmosphere is warm and intimate and a bit rustic. There are about 20 seats inside and 20 in the breezeway. Our server Ashlyn was great. I started with a Latte and my wife had Hibiscus tea. The Latte was coffee cafe quality good to the last drop.
We ordered the
BOULEVARD: 16
grilled chicken breast, herbed goat cheese, balsamic glaze, red onion, tomato, mixed greens on ciabatta, and tomato bisque soup.
T-BONE STEAK / PORTERHOUSE: 38 / 42 grilled to order with a compound bone marrow butter and choice of any two sides (I orderedHoney Mustard Brussels and Local Squash Sauté)
Both were very delicious. We were extremely please. The grilled chicken was tender and moist and very flavorful. The soup was as it should be. Delicious! The T-Bone was cooked perfectly, tender and full flavored. The two sides were incredible.
Oh yeah! The lemon blueberry loaf was delicious and moist. The chocolate and peanut butter cheese cake was amazing.
This place is a gem and worth the visit again and again. Don’t miss this place!!!

The food was very good and the guys said it was the best burger they had both ever had with very good quality beef.
I wrapped my fried plantains to go in what I thought was paper napkin but now I cannot eat them because they have what look like plastic fibres all over them? Now I need to throw them in the bin. 😭 Very sad!
Please use natural, biodegradable materials?
