Cute neighborhood park. Has a fenced in playground and a kyaka launch. Parking is a challenge with only two spots available.

We rented a pontoon boat. The employees were very pleasant, gave instructions on how to use/run the boat. Lots of people were renting their jet skis and having a blast.

Broken down seawall and dock as of today but the city has plans in the coming months to update both. Decent play area for young children

Also known as Cove Park. Run by City of Cocoa Beach, as opposed to Brevard County.

Some shade under Live Oaks (I think), picnic tables, a dock / short boardwalk, a fenced playground in full sun.

Very nice view of some of the islands north of Minuteman Pkwy.

Limited parking along the end of the street. No boat ramp or launch site for paddle-based vessels.
