I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've come here twice so far and they've had great service good food and GREAT fresh juice. I experienced for the first time "sujuk" and eggs and I really enjoyed it! I took some warak eneb to go, I hope its good. Definitely a good spot to check out if you'd like to local fare. All the prices matched the menu for me. I made sure to keep an eye out for that and it was all good.
Went there on Monday with my sister in law to have a cup of “caffè latte”, but unfortunately:
1. The coffee was tasteless.
2. Poor hygiene.
3. We both got poisoned (vomiting & diarrhea).
All in all I don’t recommend the Hub Cafe.

I gave 2 stars just because the desserts are good. Now, for the food review, the food was either salty or unseasoned. I ordered the polo alfredo, which is a chicken breast with mushroom sauce and sautéed vegetables. It looked unappetising, and it was so salty that I had to drink a whole bottle of water. It took 2 waiters to confirm that the polo alfredo is the one without the pasta. Is the staff not trained? Do they not familiarise themselves with the menu? We also ordered a chicken shawarma. It was literally dry and not even shawarma. It was just a chicken wrap, no sauce, not seasoned, it fell apart. We also ordered the beef shawarma, it was worse. There was no sauce. The only thing you could taste was the load of onions they stuffed in the sandwich. The onion was pouring out of the sandwich. The cups were dirty. The staff is incompetent. Good idea, bad food. This business would do better with better chef and staff.

I found their attitudes condescending and dismissive, making me question whether they truly cared about delivering quality services to their customers.
But the problems didn't end with the staff's attitude; the costs associated with The Food Hub were nothing short of exorbitant. Their pricing structure seemed detached from reality, leaving me with a sense of being overcharged for services that, as I soon discovered, did not live up to their promises.
Worst of all, despite the hefty price tag, the services provided by The Food Hub were shockingly subpar. I had anticipated stellar results, given the premium rates they charged, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The outcomes were inconsistent and often fell short of my expectations. It felt like a classic case of paying more for less, and I couldn't help but regret my decision to engage with them.
Overall, my experience with The Food Hub was disappointing, to say the least. The worst place I’ve seen. Staff is so rude, service is horrible. I ordered scrambled eggs and they came back bathing in oil. I decided to return my eggs, the guy who made them started being so angry and aggressive why I returned the eggs. Horrible service horrible food. Do not recommend.

- Very inaccurate (wrong order, even when corrected the honey mustard burger contained cheddar instead of mozzarella)
- Bad communication between staff (the chef didn't know about one of the ordered sandwiches until we reminded him after everything was already served and realized missing)

- The restaurant itself is nice
- Staff were all the time shouting (calling someone) and manager shouts at staff because of missing order and brags about it)

They charged much more money than their own menu. When we ask the reason why they say the menu is old. How should it be my problem since I'm ordering from their qr menu I asked. No response. The food and the service was good tho.
I had breakfast here several times and it was very tasty. Many types of saaj (I liked so much the keshek one), labneh, pizza, coffee, ice cream.The service was fast and the attitude of the waiters was a good one. The location is perfect, busy and full of life, indoor or outdoor. I would like to try their smoothies, they look very fresh and mouth-watering.
